At ONLY, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if they aren't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack the Items
Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all original garment tags are still attached.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt to track your return until the refund is processed.
